Shipping & delivery

• Plus is switched on for your account as soon as the payment goes through, usually within a minute.
• A Trip pass is added to your account in the same way, ready for your next trip plan.
• Your trip plans appear on your trips page as soon as they are made, and can be downloaded as a PDF.

You can check what is active on your account page. Razorpay also emails you a receipt.

We don’t sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, addresses or delivery times. Trip plans are guidance; tickets and rooms are booked by you directly with the provider (see our terms of use).

If you paid but Plus or the Trip pass isn’t on your account within 30 minutes, email support@yaitro.com with your Razorpay payment ID. We add it or refund you in full, as our refund policy says.
