Terms of use

The rules for using Yaitro. By creating an account or buying a plan, you agree to them.

The service

Yaitro (yaitro.com) is an online trip planner run by Kunj Bihari, Bayana, Rajasthan, India. It plans trips from your dates, budget and preferences: the route, trains, flights and local travel, places to visit and stay, timings and costs. You can change a plan by chatting, share it, plan with friends and split costs.

We plan; we don’t book. Yaitro does not sell tickets, rooms or tours, and is not a travel agent. Bookings you make with airlines, railways, hotels or others are between you and them.

Plans are guidance: check before you book

We build plans from real data (Google Maps, railway and flight schedules) and label anything estimated. Fares, timetables, opening hours, availability and weather still change, and data from others can be wrong. Please confirm prices and timings with the provider before you book or travel. We are not responsible for losses caused by such changes.

Your account

  • Give correct details, keep your password safe, and keep one account per person.
  • You must be 18 or older to hold an account.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Free plans and paid plans

  • Free: 1 free plan a month.
  • Plus: ₹99 for one month or ₹799 for one year, for unlimited trip plans in that time, with fair use.
  • Trip pass: ₹49 for one more trip plan.

Prices are in Indian rupees and shown before you pay. Payments are one-time through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). Nothing renews automatically; Plus ends on its end date unless you buy again. Refunds are covered in our refund and cancellation policy.

We may change prices for future purchases. A change never affects what you have already paid for.

Fair use

Please don’t:

  • use bots or scripts, copy data from the service in bulk, or resell plans;
  • make many accounts to get more free plans or invite rewards;
  • try to break, overload or get around the service’s security or limits;
  • post anything unlawful or abusive in shared plans or chats.

We may limit, suspend or close accounts that do. If we close an account for a reason other than misuse, we refund the unused part of any paid plan.

What you share

Your trips are yours. Anyone with a share link you create can see that plan until you turn the link off. You let us store and process your trip details to run the service, as our privacy policy explains.

Our content

The Yaitro name, logo, design and software belong to us. Maps, place details and photos belong to their owners (such as Google and Wikimedia contributors) and are shown under their terms.

Liability

We work hard to keep Yaitro accurate and available, but provide it “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as missed trains, bookings or trips, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes, law and disputes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and we’ll email you about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
